Our Staff Training & Licensing
All Eagle Armor Officers are Licensed in accordance with the Private Security Industry Act 2001. Licenses are issued by the Ministry of Interior.
Close business relationships are developed with our Training providers (Ghana Police Training Academy) to ensure maximum availability of training courses when and where we need them. The Company is mindful of it’s responsibilities to those employees who may have learning difficulties and to this end, a qualified reader is provided whenever necessary.
To summarise, Eagle Armor Security are totally supportive of and committed to the requirements of the Private Security Industry Act 2001.
SIA TRAINING
Core Competency Training for Security Guarding is delivered in Two stages as follows:

- Assignment instructions
- Rapid re action to intruders

PART 2: Practical scenario based on training and assessment. (1 Day)
- Communications skills
- Conflict Management
